> Development of 8 projects in parallel, with 5 one-month sprints (one sprint = one prototype = one consumer experimentation),
> Implementation of an “agile steering committee” with regular capitalization on governance.

Agile governance in ias.a mode is based on 3 pillars:
> Overcome the notion of function in favor of roles and reasons for being associated,
> Capitalize on experience rather than conceptualize theoretical models (we do not make a "plan on the comet"),
> Rely on a structured self-organization process, to which everyone can contribute: the governance meeting.

This method was a catalyst for teams to work together, to free up energies, and generate a satisfaction index that I had never seen before.
