A 3-hour remote workshop, with video and collaborative whiteboard, bringing together 15 participants The main sequences: ice breaker in appreciative mode, interactive sharing of the roadmap, brainstorming on the 5 key projects , and value cards to bring out the aspirational drivers .
A shared vision of the challenges, a strengthened roadmap and motivated teams! Everyone was able to give their inputs to consolidate the 5 key projects of the roadmap. The roadmap now integrates the interdependencies with the actions of the differents departments and values have been identified to guide the pilots in the action.

What advice for a company facing the same issue?
On the substance, I would say decompartmentalize: an e-commerce roadmap will only come to life if the other Departments are “on board” alongside the Digital teams. In terms of form, and a fortiori for a remote session, I would say vary the configurations (plenary, sub-groups...) to maintain energy and proaction .
Each time we support this brand, I am impressed by their ability to project themselves into action, and
to transform creative insights into operational and pragmatic avenues...
There are probably a lot of developers in the teams, in the sense of the FourSight profiles!
