What are the results for your client? 

A 3-hour remote workshop, with video and collaborative whiteboard, bringing together 15 participants The main sequences: ice breaker in appreciative mode, interactive sharing of the roadmap, brainstorming on the 5 key projects , and value cards to bring out the aspirational drivers .

A shared vision of the challenges, a strengthened roadmap and motivated teams! Everyone was able to give their inputs to consolidate the 5 key projects of the roadmap. The roadmap now integrates the interdependencies with the actions of the differents departments and values ​​have been identified to guide the pilots in the action.

What particularly amazes you about this client? 

What advice for a company facing the same issue?  


On the substance, I would say decompartmentalize: an e-commerce roadmap will only come to life if the other Departments are “on board” alongside the Digital teams. In terms of form, and a fortiori for a remote session, I would say vary the configurations (plenary, sub-groups...) to maintain energy and proaction .

Each time we support this brand, I am impressed by their ability to project themselves into action, and

to transform creative insights into operational and pragmatic avenues...

There are probably a lot of developers in the teams, in the sense of the FourSight profiles!
